All of our leases are flexible, with no minimum term and 4 weeks’ notice required to terminate a lease arrangement.  Our workspaces offer 24 hour access with off street parking and CCTV.  They offer a range of use classes, sizes, rental prices and locations.  In addition, Govanhill Workspaces offer reception services – including a telephone answering service when you are unavailable – and free heating between October and May.  Our rents are affordable, often a fraction of the cost of premises nearer the centre of Glasgow, yet still offer excellent access to the road networks and convenient locations locally.  Rents include all repairs, maintenance, refuse disposal and cleaning.
